BBQ Spare Ribs

Season Ribs with salt, pepper, rosemary and spritz liberally with garlic juice and a salt water mixture (1tbsp & 1tsp sea salt dissolved in 1c water in a sprayer).  Grill and finish with your favorite sauce.  We had them along with a Goat Cheese Salad.  For the dressing, combine lime juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil and salt/pepper/sugar.  Add goat cheese and toss several times as the dressing becomes creamy and the goat cheese disappears.  Ilsa and I enjoyed our meal with a home-brewed Kolsch crafted by a friend of ours – grilled food requires a good beer !
