Surf & Turf

There is not much that I like more than good Crab Cakes, and mine are just that – GOOD !  I paired them with my Grilled Pork Tenderloins – famous around the world.  I marinade mine in a 1/2c Worcestershire Sauce and a 1/2c Aged Soy Sauce, then add lots of Garlic (lots !) and grill.
