Broiled Tilapia

Tilapia filets seasoned with Salt Water, Sea Salt, Oregano, Black Pepper & Garlic Juice.  Place under the broiler until the edges turn brown, about 15-20 minutes.  Top with sauteed Shallot & Garlic in a Wine Butter Sauce when plating.  Served with Corn and a Goat Cheese Salad.
