Pasta with Clam Sauce

While we’re on the subject of Clams, with Fall approaching (yes, I said it) we find ourselves dining on more and more of them, although I do make this dish year-round.  The main ingredients are canned Clams & their juices, White Wine, Garlic, Thyme, Red Pepper Flakes & Parsley, and sometimes I will also add steamed Clams in their shell.
