Fresh Salsa

I usually make more Salsa at the beginning of Summer due to the abundance of our Cilantro plants, which I think makes a good Salsa great !  I had roughly two pounds of Sweet 100s to dispose of so I thought I’d make some now.  Tomatoes, Green Pepper, Jalapenos (from the garden), Onion, Corn and a host of other ingredients rounds out the mix.  Served with my Garlic Wings and Chili Lime Tortilla Chips.
