Pork Tenderloin Jerky

Partially refreeze the thawed Pork until firm, making it easier to slice thinly.  While the meat sets up, create your marinade – this time I used a 50/50 mix of Worcestershire & Soy Sauce with a little Liquid Smoke and LOTS of Garlic.  Let the meat marinade for 2 to 3 hours.  I use a Nesco Dehydrator (http://www.nesco.com), set on high, typically for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
