Crema Di Peperoni Piccanti

Recently Cousin Laura was in Northern Italy to see her sister Pam and her family. She brought back an array of gifts for everyone, and for us she brought this pepper sauce, along with some White Truffle Oil ! I finally got a chance to use it – as a spicy dressing over a Pork Tenderloin Salad with Gruyere and a side of Middleneck Clams. I made a mixture of the Crema Di Peperoni Piccanti, fresh-squeezed Lemon Juice, Olive Oil and Salt-Pepper-Sugar.
