No Salad as a Meal

Typically I abide by the aforementioned phrase, but periodically it’s not a bad idea. Obviously most tend to over-eat on Turkeyday, so in anticipation of that we ate lightly on Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday was a return to Deagan’s Kitchen & Bar for Calamari and Crab Cakes (excellent !) and Wednesday I made a Strip Steak Salad with a Bacon Honey Dijon dressing – SO easy and delicious !
