Minestra del Tacchino

One of the many Holiday activities I enjoy typically takes place the weekend after Thanksgiving or shortly thereafter. I take a Turkey carcass from the meal at my dad’s house and make Turkey Soup ! We will have the soup for dinner today, along with a Baguette from Blackbird Baking Company, and the rest will be portioned and frozen for other meals, so it saves money also !
