Sunday Dinner

In honor of our “adopted” daughter Mary and her man Mintu being in town for the Holidays, we had a rare Sunday evening gathering – such fun ! I made a large Antipasto Platter, Mussels, Garlic Mushrooms, Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Shallot, Hard Boiled Eggs with a 25 year-old Balsamic Vinegar and Tomato & Basil Bruschetta. The idea being similar to Cicchetti or Tapas – small plates, relaxing with family and friends, a little of this, a little of that.
