NYE 2010

As is customary, we had some friends and family over for the evening. I usually make a large amount of pasta to fill the stomach, and who doesn’t love pasta anyway !? We had Tortellini Marinara, Basil Pesto Penne, Lemon Spaghetti, Grilled Pork Tenderloin (always popular !) and some side dishes, along with an Antipasto Platter showcasing Prosciutto, Bresaola and an Aged Gruyere. Some people stay to ring in the New Year, some drop in for a bit and some go home before the ball drops – always good to have loved ones around, but missing Pam & Travis !
