Bread with Olive Oil

The Spanish call it Pa Amb Oli, the Italian version is Fettunta – Bread with Oil. I use a Baguette, sliced on a bias, toasted in the oven then rubbed with fresh Garlic. The surface of the bread grates the Garlic, then I finish with Olive Oil, Sea Salt optional. For a variation, rub a Tomato on the surface after the Garlic, then salt. Serve with a meal obviously, or I use it for a quick and amazingly tasty snack !
