Tuscan Bean Insalata

This is a classic Bean and Tuna Salad, made with Cannellini Beans, Celery, Onion, Salt, Pepper, fresh-squeezed Lemon Juice and Olive Oil. I have found we like it better served cold, and I also add fresh Cilantro !
