Family Weekend

We had a couple family events for Ilsa’s side this past weekend (what’s new ?).  We had a dinner for around 20, and Laura had a cookout for over 30 fam & friends to celebrate her mom’s retirement.  Ilsa’s Florida cousins and children were in town and stayed with us from Friday until today.  I made about 7-8 pounds or Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Lavender & Rosemary, Sweet Corn, Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad and Grilled Seasonal Vegetables. The kids (and some adults) had Chicken Tenders sauteed in Olive Oil and seasoned with Herbal Sea Salt and Pepper – so simple and easy !
