No Italian !

Ilsa’s cousin Pam and her kids Brenden (my godson) and Marissa are in CLE for the Summer from Italia. As is tradition, we are expected to feed Pam when she is town, and of course I oblige ! Pam’s request = NO ITALIAN ! With that in mind, I went Asian. I made Pad Thai, Kimchi, and Rice with Garlic & Basil. Based on what little remained, I’d say the food was well received – cibo Orientale e buono !
