While I have prepared a lot of food for a lot of people for many years, I typically don’t do it in other’s kitchens. Saturday we had a cookout at Ilsa’s cousin’s in honor of her other cousin returning home to Italy – the end of a long Summer. Most of the food I prepared in my kitchen, and transported using hot bags instead of preparing on site. I did grill the Chicken there because that has to be served “piping hot” in my opinion. Grilled Chicken with Lemon, Rosemary and Lavender, Basil Pesto Rotini, Tuscan Bean Salad with Tuna, and Corn – very simple and very good !
