Creamy Basil Pesto

I recently made a Creamy Basil Pesto that I “whipped up on the fly”, as the dish was originally going to use a Marinara Sauce. Creamy Basil Pesto over Five-Cheese Tortellini and Steamed Mussels – il più eccellent !
